Once a design is approved, our jewelry undergoes many inspections during the manufacturing process, only a few of which are listed below:

  1. Waxes must be perfect before casting.

  2. Castings are checked for porosity
Working on a casting with porosity is an exercise in futility.

  3. After stone setting, we carefully inspect and reject pieces that have chipped or broken stones, uneven setting, irregular gaps and excess metal. We also inspect the metal for porosity, waviness, symmetry, and excess solder, and remedial action is taken.

  4. The jewelry then undergoes a thorough final quality assurance. We inspect for quality of the rhodium plating, findings functioning properly, stampings done correctly and sizes as ordered.
